Cancellation Policy
Our policy states that 24 hours notice is
required for cancellation.
We understand that emergencies and sickness may occur without warning,
and we take these circumstances under consideration.
If you are a new client and do not give at least 24 hours notice,
you are no longer eligible for the new client discount.
If you are a current client and do not provide 24 hours notice,
you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee due before your next appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
While we understand that traffic may cause delays, we must respect the time of each of our clients and ensure that our sessions start and end on time. It is up to the Therapist's discretion to adjust the session times as needed. Generally if you are only a few minutes late, we can accommodate the schedule. If you are more then 15 minutes late, the time may be deducted from your session. Payment in full is expected for the time that you reserved.
Gift Certificate Policy
Our gift certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable.
If you schedule a massage session with your gift certificate, and fail to come to your reserved session without 24 hours notice of cancellation, your gift certificate is charged our cancellation fee of $45. If your gift certificate value is more then our fee,
we will gladly schedule you an appointment and credit the
remainder of the service value.
These policies will be strictly enforced.
